Traded a truck in at this dealership. For the most part staff was helpful and knowledgeable, however when it came to payment of money back to me they coukd not have been less helpful. Summit RAM Chrysler Dodge Jeeps website stated on more than one instance that seller will receive cash in hand, same day. Worst customer service communications ever! I even went up the chain of command to the General Manager of Summit Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and as much as he assured me he would into my situation and would return a call with his findings, he never called me back.I took my van in for an inspection with the check engine light on. They tested and told me it had something to do with radiator and overheating, which van never had overheated. $800 later, van still has check engine light on and wont pass inspection.
