Went here for an alignment back in December, my ride quality had started to get bouncier and bouncer overtime and when I had checked the struts they were completely loosened they must’ve not tightened properly so overtime they became looser from regular driving, also struts being left loose can be very dangerous if you don’t catch on quick, luckily for me I checked them. so I give them a call asking if they can redo the alignment, guy was very rude then refused and hung up on me
Brian has worked in my cars over the years and has always been very fair and they do the best work at this shop... Highly recommended!
