Had a good experience with Dr Johnston and Dr Gomo. I felt heard, and they were able to help me. I almost didn’t go because of the bad reviews, and don’t want others to have similar fears. Yes, this office building is a bit run down. But the doctors I saw did a great job and took care of me. As mentioned in other reviews, The office has a standard that they ask for urine drug testing whenever they prescribe controlled substances, which feels very reasonable, and the process of collecting the sample was not at all disrespectf... read more
Dr. Rabin is dismissive and condescending. This psychiatrist insisted on drug testing before even establishing a patient relationship, despite my previous psychiatrist at the same office never requiring this in a year of care. When I said the interaction felt rude, they doubled down, called it “policy,” and threatened to taper me off my medication without discussion if I didn’t comply via voicemail on a holiday! Crazy. My experience with this place is because of a family member goes here. I have nothing negative to say. They seem to really be concerned with the wellbeing of the patients. The doctor listens to what I have to say. If you work with them they will try to work with you. The HIPA laws my apply if you do not have permission which will limit their responses. It's the law so don't get mad at them. You can still tell them about your observations and they will listen. I think I am really going to like working with this place to help ... read more
