An unusually poor customer experience at a dealer closer to home prompted me to drive out of my way to try Cavender's for service on my Kicks. I'm so glad I did! When I walked in, I explained why I drove so far saying, "It's not like I have exceedingly high expectations." Mike Riley, in charge of my service responded, "You should." Read that contract multiple times take pictures do everything you can do to ensure they do not steal from you because they will if you let them. They had to reissue my contract multiple times and they still did not get it right. They will even issue charges to your account without your permission. Not cool Cavendar Nissan. You should always get permission from the payee to issue a payment against their card. I will never return to purchase a vehicle here again.
