Wating for my car to get serviced for almost 2 hours! I made an appointment , and wasnt gotten to untill an hour later. So basically you dont get serviced on your SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. They will get to you when they get to you! Completely ridiculous!!!!! Space out the appointment windows, if it’s gonna take more than 2 hours.

The experience of purchasing my Pathfinder was effortless. Very happy with the transaction. Trying to get through to the service department (hang ups, no call backs, online scheduler does not work) has been awful.
