Excellent owner and crew. Professional in all respects and easy to communicate with. Job performance and cleanup was excellent. Rating 10/10.
Frustrating. I spent $7600 for a lawn mower, Scagg, and always got the runaround. McGavic rarely answers the phone. They rarely let you know what is happening. Service does not call AT ALL. Dont buy the mulching kit for the Scagg bc it is ridiculously noisy. McGavic’s solution is to put back on the original blades and tell me, “whelp we are sending you the mulching blades w the mower bc you bought ‘em.
