Forget stars, how do you put this law firm out of business? They are the petitioner & I am the respondent in a case that resulted in an uninvolved father getting 100% legal and physical custody of a 6 year old little girl. Erin McGaughey of McGaughey & Spirito lied about all evidence, violated HIPAA compliance, and then required the primary parent (Phedra Martin) to have supervised visits to see her daughter. The entire team at McGaughey and Spirito are THE BEST! Knowledgeable, kind, responsive and excellent advocates for their clients. The entire team was amazing-- Joe, Alison, Steven, and Nicole. Through a challenging and painful time, they brought expertise and empathy to guide myself and my ex-wife through a collaborative divorce process.
5 stars. Incredibly kind, patient, organized, and prompt. Alison, Nicole, and the whole team made my divorce as least complicated and difficult as possible. I even received some of my initial retainer fee back. Can't recommend enough.
I really liked working with Alison Spirito, I felt well represented and would see her again if I needed legal representation. Nicole is really friendly and well organized. I also feel like they were honest with billing and I even received a check back from partial retainer not used. You never know how lawyers will bill..but I felt Alison made good use of our time, I recommend Alison and team.
