I have lived here for almost 3 years. I could live in a more expensive place, but I have everything I need here. My apartment is in good shape. We’ve always had good maintenance and pest control. Utilities are included in the rent. Cold A/C and warm heat. Furnished. VERY pet friendly. The staff is nice to my 2 cats when they do inspections. SAFE, CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD… I can not praise this community enough. I needed to find an affordable place to live in Brunswick. I was relocating here to be closer to work at the port of Brunswick. After completing the application online I met with Jason who gave me a tour of the property. I loved it immediately. I lived there for 6 months as a temporary option during my career transition from DC to GA. The staff was always friendly and welcoming. My apartment was clean, constantly updated and my one work request was repairrd in less than 24 hours. I appreciate the fact that the apartment was affordable and included all the furnishings you would need.
