I have lived here for almost 3 years. I could live in a more expensive place, but I have everything I need here. My apartment is in good shape. We’ve always had good maintenance and pest control. Utilities are included in the rent. Cold A/C and warm heat. Furnished. VERY pet friendly. The staff is nice to my 2 cats when they do inspections.
