Can't recommend very dishonest business practices. I reached out to them to in June to see how many more payments were left because I was laid off during Covid an the cobra dental benefits were expensive and I needed to know when it was safe to cancel. The Front office lied and said the last payment was in July and the account would be paid in full. October comes around and they are demanding another $100.
