Emergency room is joke all these folks do is complain about money they are not making and omplaining of what they have to do this Is very unprofessional I been listening to workers just cussing about what person didn't show up it's insane
I scheduled an appointment months ago and they do not have me in the system this is the worst hospital to deal with. The staff in unorganized I never got a letter in the mail. They are unprofessional. They need to be reported hire management.
It's over 100 people in here! I'm wheelchair bound she said yeah u can go to bathroom ma'am how! Then she didn't give me a cup. It's 45° in here y'all know I only come to ER for an Emergency hate it here...free me!
This place is horrible! I've been in this holding cell(A18) since 10:30pm with little to drink. Everytime they say I have a room it's given to someone else. I do not recommend this hospital and/or unprofessional staff to anyone! I feel sorry for the residents of Augusta Ga who have no choice but to get treated at this dump, I will never come back here!
