A) I’m 63 years old and I think the cushions and devices are older than me. They are absolutely disgusting and the cloth provided to shield your face from prior users sweat and body fluids is ill fitting for the cushions. B) the instructions provided are essentially useless. Furniture from IKEA with 76 steps are simpler than these medical “devices”. C) there isn’t enough disinfectant around to make me feel comfortable with these items. Anyone who was or has a loved one diagnosed with a Macular Hole or other retina issue requiring what they call Face Down recovery you need to know my girlfriend was diagnosed with a Macular Hole in one eye and required Face Down equipment for recovery. Her coverage only supplied one piece of Face Down equipment so I leased additional versions from Owl / Mcfee for extra comfort . My husband recently had eye surgery and we needed to rent equipment that helped support him in a facedown position. Everyone I spoke to at McFee was so helpful, patient and kind. I give them an A+ in customer service!
Service was excellent and answered any questions. The equipment was great especially liked the mirror. I could watch tv while positioning my head down. Return was also very organized. Thank you all so much!!
I would just like to say the operator on the phone was top notch and very friendly, The equipment was pretty easy to assembly and made a bad situation with my eye bearable, I would 100% recommend getting this equipment if you need it. Thanks Jamie
