Had my Vitrectomy on July 30 and had contacted McFee a week prior to set up a rental. My surgical place had given me brocures from a couple other suppliers but in searching the internet for which was better I found McFee. Seemed like they had a better package for the money, which is a concern as this is OOP medical expense for me. Equipment was delivered in ample time prior to surgury. I have nothing but good things to say about McFee! I had eye surgery on 5-4- 2026.They called the day after I sent in my online order, and the woman gave me detailed instructions about when supplies would arrive (2 days prior to eye surgery which gave me enough time to learn how to use the equipment), when my credit card would be charged (the day of surgery), and how and when to return the equipment. Received my Face Down Recovery equipment less than 2 days after ordering. Huge shout out to Bailey. She was so kind with finalizing my order and was very helpful! The optional accessories seem to be just what I need to recover as comfortable as possible. My surgery is next week 6/3. McFee gives you a couple of days before your surgery lease free to set up and adjust equipment to your specific needs. THIS fact alone is just an awesome perk of doing business with these folks. Bascom Palmer gave me their brochure for an emergency Vitrectomy and I contacted them multiple times by their online form and phone and nobody picks up or replies.
