To me, it looked like two McDonald’s patties, and there were no caramelized onions—so I’m not sure why it’s called a Smash Burger. Maybe I just don’t know what I’m talking about. My friend’s Montecristo seemed like the better choice. The homemade chips were great—I wish I had ordered them instead of the coleslaw
