We had Lachlan give appraisal of our house 2 years ago..and when we decided to sell I phoned Lachlan asked him if he would like to list our house..Lachlan is a lovely young man, and we totally believe that he worked very hard to get us the best price for our home. The rental agency have emailed my multiple times saying "were allowed to attend the property whenever we want and we don't have to provide notice unless we're going inside" once I breeched them for breeching the lease agreement they then decided to send a retaliatory eviction notice. To top if all off the manager Jade them also agreed that theyre allowed to show up without notice.
