The rental agency have emailed my multiple times saying "were allowed to attend the property whenever we want and we don't have to provide notice unless we're going inside" once I breeched them for breeching the lease agreement they then decided to send a retaliatory eviction notice. To top if all off the manager Jade them also agreed that theyre allowed to show up without notice.
