STAY AWAY! Worst experiences ever with this bank! Their fraud protection department kept making mistakes with or account (even the the bankers at the local branch told us that). On top of that, they will not overnight a card to you after fraud detection (unless you past a $70 fee)... Instead it takes 6-10 business days. We will be pulling all or money out of this place. Go, instead, to a real bank.
Such a great bank to bank at, always such friendly people there to help! Teresa has been the biggest help with our mortgage & has answered my endless amount of questions immediately. I also love that I’m able to drop paperwork off for her at a different location & it gets to her by the afternoon or the very next day. They’ve really helped take the stress out of this!
I’ve had a great experience with everything I’ve needed from getting a mortgage loan and setting up a new account. I highly recommend doing business with a small local bank and McFarland State Bank is superb!
It's been really rough customer experience throughout the entire mortgage process. At this point, I require everything in writing because it's a lot of back peddling from messages they convey in person or over the phone. Choosing to work with this group for my mortgage was the worst decision I made during the purchasing process.
