Wonderful facility. Staff is helpful and personable. Facilities are clean, well maintained and secure. Would recommend!
To be fair, the building is pristine. We took a climate storage unit there for $175 / month (10x25). What ticked us is that they keep increasing the fee until now, a year after, where we pay $400 instead of the initial $175. Quite a price jacked, we asked and they simply told us that it was updated to market price. We moved out on a similar unit 6 miles from there for $185 / month. Shame on you McFarland parkway storage for profiting of us.
This storage facility has a lot of options & is very well kept. Pam was super helpful in getting my unit rented. I would highly recommend it!
