Usually not a fan of dealerships but this place is definitely different. You actually feel like they want to make a deal with you. Both the salesman Nick and the manager JP were awesome and willing to listen. Would recommend this place to anyone
Tried to call in to schedule service. Never got a chance to speak to a human. Their crummy "AI assistant" kept routing me to a dead end. Even tried asking it for a human, and it just ignored me? Guess I'll go somewhere else.
Responded quickly to my inquiry and to set up a test drive. Adrian was friendly and professional and knowledgeable. He helped make the car buying experience enjoyable rather than stress inducing. I highly recommend checking them out when you need a new car! Ask for Adrian!
Awful experience. I live in Mass and bought a car at Kia. I was told that I would have the car registered on Wednesday and when I called I was told they needed an additional form which was the first time hearing this. After providing them the form, I was told it would be another several days. In Massachusetts, you need to inspect the vehicle in a certain amount of time and that time has lapsed.
