Staff is good, but the procedure was very painful, which shouldn't have been. I told all the staff and Dr McFarland that I felt pain in the middle of my two previous colonoscopies, and to please make sure it doesn't happen again. They said ok, they'll give me more sedation, but this time was even worse than the two previous ones. I do not recommend him. I will switch GI doctor.
Doesn't return phone calls or messages. Doesn't thoroughly explain anything. Went straight to performing expensive imaging and scope test instead of checking for infections via lab work. At procedures he barely talks to you. His office staff is rude and when you call it takes forever for them to pick up. I've been sick for 6 months and I don't even have a partial diagnosis.
