From the initial visit to the full install of my Carrier Infinity System (AC, Furnace, and Mini-Split) McFarland Staff has been fantastic to work with. Jeff had the initial visit to diagnose the problem with my old unit (freon leak). Afterwards Todd explained and visited our house to walk through the install of the new units after providing us 3 quotes on different units to choose. Figured out the problem, really quick and ordeedr the parts, on their way. in 2 1/2 years we’ve never had a problem.
Tech showed up in the window of time they said. He was very professional and diagnosed my issue quickly. Had the part on hand to fix my issue and fixed it within the hour. Price was reasonable for the service. Im very pleased with the service.
