Figured out the problem, really quick and ordeedr the parts, on their way. in 2 1/2 years we’ve never had a problem.
Tech showed up in the window of time they said. He was very professional and diagnosed my issue quickly. Had the part on hand to fix my issue and fixed it within the hour. Price was reasonable for the service. Im very pleased with the service.
Nine thousand dollars later, my AC sounds like an airplane. They told I me to add duct to the top of it. Needless to say I'm not using them again
