Very disappointed in McFarlan’s service and communication. My 90 year old neighbour hired them to trim a cedar hedge that abuts our property. They butchered it with chainsaws, no attempt to shape it and it looked absolutely awful with huge dead spaces and an uneven top. Honestly my 12 year old could have done better and even the neighbours said, what the heck! I complained and had their arborist come by who took no responsibility and just said “it will come back” but here it is year later and it looks even worse. Even I know... read more
