RecommendedI've been a patient of Dr. McFadyen since 2014, and she has also treated both of my parents. Her exams are very thorough, and she explains all the options in clearly understandable terms. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I've been treated by various eye doctors since 1978, and Dr. McFadyen is the best of them so far. Highly recommend.
Contrary to other reviews, I went here for my annual eye exam and glasses back in January. Appointments are convenient, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and professional. After the exam, I had to select new glasses. I will note that my new glasses plus sunglasses were less money that I paid a year prior at another retailer. If something is wrong, they are happy to fix it. Personable service plus an optometrist who knows what she is doing is good enough for me.
Poor customer service and if you have a problem with your glasses that takes minimum of 1 month to get them back. I went there for many years and they still treat me the same. Like an average Joe!
Dr. McFadyen and her staff are always very nice and helpful. Dr. McFadyen always takes time to explain things and is very thorough. I recommend her to all my friends and family.
Mrs. McFadyen is always very detailed with my visits. She takes the extra time to explain what she sees and you can totally tell she cares about all her patients! Keep up the great work!!
