Wow talk about customer service, this company is the best. I had two adaptors that broke over time. I called the company and spoke to Debbie, and told her the issue I had. She replaced both of them at no cost. It is nice to see that they go the extra step and take care of there customers. I have several of there products and they all work better then anything else I have used in the past.

McFadden is the best! Ordered a lightening grip with an adapter for a Remington 597 with pmag 25 rd mags. Long story short...it kept hanging up and jamming, so I called expecting to get a hassle (like a lot of companies), but Debbie worked with with me. She even followed up with a phone call a few days later to see how I was doing! Who does that anymore??? McFadden does! 10 star service. Thank you McFadden!
