Dr. Eric Grandberg just raised the bar in dentistry and I can’t imagine anyone better. He’s got a wise mind, a generous heart and next level skills as a Dentist. Not to mention he doesn’t waste a minute, accomplishes 3 appointments worth of dentistry in one. No pressure and no feeling second class like other experiences we’ve had. Instead my family left the office with hearts full (not to mention pearly whites).
Receptionist was incredibly rude
I saw Dr. Granberg for multiple appointments to fix the many dental problems I had. I found him to be very helpful and gentle. I had a missing tooth replaced with an implant and multiple crowns done. He is a wonderful dentist. I also found his costs to be very reasonable for the extensive work I had completed. I highly recommend Dr. Granberg!
Dr. Granberg mis diagnosed me when I had severe facial and jaw pain which I lived with for 3 months only to be diagnosed by him again later with an absess and he pulled it then and there. He should have recognized that from the first day. There was also a very rude receptionist at that time, not in the right field of work when dealing with patients.
Granberg broke my tooth during filling, I felt it snap, so did he. He ignored my concerns, now I'm looking at $15,000 to fix it. Two implants and a bridge. Yep.
