I would never think to work with this company, especially Michael Makris. There are inappropriate conversations that occurred between the listing agent, Michael, and seller agent. Do not recommend at all. Edit: The company has decided to pursue legal action against me. The listing agent told my agent the final ratified contract price of the home.
