Sallie is an excellent agent and knows how to judge the market for each unique property. For the house my wife and I ended up buying, she actually talked us down in our offer because she did not think there would be a bidding war for the property. We ended up being the only ones to submit an offer, and it was accepted in less than 24hrs. I was very impressed that she put our interests ahead of her own. I would never think to work with this company, especially Michael Makris. There are inappropriate conversations that occurred between the listing agent, Michael, and seller agent. Do not recommend at all. Edit: The company has decided to pursue legal action against me. The listing agent told my agent the final ratified contract price of the home.
