UPDATE 4/20/23: Texted property manager at approximately 3:55 pm this afternoon to obtain the full legal name of another tenant against whom I may be forced to report an entirely unprovoked and physically-aggressive act (see text screenshot below). I received no reply and around 8:00 pm, Mike McElwee only stated that I would have to press charges against the tenant with the Norwich Police and that he couldn't operate on a "my-word-against-his" basis. UPDATE 4/3/23: I entered the shared bathroom on my floor and as I was closing the door to make use of it, another tenant pushed it in and me physically aside without saying a word and shoved past me into the bathroom. I was admittedly too shocked to even address it with him at the time, but also cannot report the incident to the owner/property manager; he has been repeatedly dismissive of previously-reported, legitimate concerns.
