I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and treatment my boyfriend has received from your dealership. He purchased a truck from you, and on the very first day, the transmission failed. While you claimed to have repaired it, the vehicle has continued to experience serious issues. Editing from 5 to 1 start... Now there is ZERO RESPONSE FROM MCELWAIN CHEVROLET AFTER TAMPERING WITH MY VEHICLES ENGINE HOURS!! I purchased my truck 12-21-24. When I purchased my truck the dash glass was cracked. They had agreed to fix the dash glass for me while doing so they reset my engine hours without my knowledge, and without letting me know that that happened. I found this out less then 3 month after purchasing my truck when I started having problems. Around March I had to have $3850 of repairs completed plus purchase... read more
