We live in Elmira NY and Mark was great making sure every question was answered fully. He did a FaceTime video with us to review the car in depth providing peace of mind. Had a good experience but I left some keys in my old truck and EZ pass which was my fault but when I called they said they couldn't find them. I was hoping to get them back not sure what they did with them but it was my mistake.
