Was trying to purchase a vehicle from them. I told them the numbers I wanted. They didn't say anything was wrong with the numbers. They wrote up a deal and had my vehicle trade $8,500 below what I asked for. What I asked for was in the middle of the KBB trade in value for our vehicle. The price I asked to pay was well over invoice. The person I was dealing with said the $36,000 I was asking for our trade was over retail value.
