Bought one of their golfcarts through trucarts. No customer service. Was sold an extended warranty, and it covers literally nothing. They now refuse to help with the piece of junk they sold us. The customer did purchase an extended warranty from our store. This warranty covers the powertrain for his cart. It does not however, include wear and tear items such as batteries. This warranty and cart were purchased on December 11, 2002.
April 16,2025, I took my vehicle for service at McElveen in Summerville S.C... The air and heat did not work. The cruise control button was stuck. Kassie said she would call me later that day and tell me what was found. I called her 5 days later because she did not contact. She explained that the work cost would be $3746.00. I spoke with her on Thursday, she said after test driving my vehicle, it was found that the steering pump needed to be replaced, and the new charge was $6500 total. I declined. This business is the worst place to go to for buying cars and getting your car serviced! They are scammers. There rude and scam people out of money and they mess up peoples cars.
Well I dropped my car off at McElveen of summerville this morning to have the airbag recall taken care of. Got it back with my dash cracked to **** and back. Also all the service airbags lights still on. They told me due to the age of the vehicle we aren't responsible for it. "2010" yes its older but taken care of. So pretty much since it was a recall that I didn't have to pay for I'm just out of luck.
