I walked into Michelle's shop on my daughter's prom day, feeling utterly discouraged and defeated. I only give TWO stars for effort, seems to be a nice lady, but unprofessional/ unorganized and nonchalant about customer service issues. I purchased what I thought was my dream wedding gown, however when I received my dress it looked NOTHING like the inspiration picture I gave her wich she confirmed that she could achieve the look/style. Less than a month out from my wedding, my dress was too big and I was in a panic. I found Michelle and had confidence she could fix my dress, knowing she did so much custom work. In addition to taking my dress in, there were some weird issues popping up that took a lot of trial and error, but she never made me feel like I was being nit-picky or too perfectionist.
