Incredibly helpful, responsive and solved my flooring problem. I was in the middle of refinishing my 143 year old wood floors and we ran out of a very specialized flexible product that fills gaps between wood floorboards. I called all over the country to find it and it was sold out almost everywhere. McEllin Co had 5 jugs in stock and rushed to ship it out to me overnight so that I wouldn't keep my flooring contractors waiting (which would have been more costly).
