I am very impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and reasonable prices of McDuffee’s. Got a set of Yokahimas, nailed the balance. I also had them aligned the wheels. Turing test ride, they drove it up to highway speed and detected bad barrings. Knowing the car was likely still under warrenty ( has 50k miles). instead of trying to sell me to have them fixed it was honest and sent me to have the dealer do that. They earned a loyal customer from me.
They had my battery's warranty on file from 2015, so when my car quit this weekend we were able to receive a new one free of charge. We had the car back and working in less than 3 hours without an appointment on a Monday. Thank you!
