The lady who attends in front is very rude, she doesn't let you talk and she answers aggressively, she doesn't help at all.( she looks old, has blond hair and her face looks angry all the time )
All my kids needed their immunizations for school and they got them at the last minute. Their facilities are clean, roomy and plenty of places to sit. The staff were very professional and friendly. Thank you to the employees for being so kind to my family!!
When making an appointment, the lady on the phone was great! She was very helpful and nice. The day of my daughters appointment, we arrived, and I was helped right away,The staff was kind and friendly. My appointment was at 11:30 but I arrived at 11:13 and we were all done by 11:30. The person giving my daughter her shots was amazing she made sure my daughter was comfortable and reassured her everything was okay before even giving her the shots since my daughter was scared and nervous. I am very pleased with this place
