Extremely unprofessional! TWO no-call, no-shows, so I found someone else to repair a small pool pump leak. I tried to look past the negative reviews and give a local business a chance, but they’d rather waste your time. I specifically set time aside for this on multiple occasions and it’s very frustrating. Steven, the owner, had an excuse each time too: one was scheduling and the next was me being put on the back-burner for a larger commercial job. Our recent experience with McDowell's has put our faith back into customer service. After discovering a leak in the hot tub area of our pool, McDowell's was thankfully recommended. After coming out for the initial estimate, they worked with us regarding our time frame being out of town & their pending work load.
