I used McDowell and Son to tarp up storm damage and assess how bad the damage was. A good bit of the shingles had been blown off and he advised that it needed to be fully replaced. My insurance company would not agree to this and a lengthy battle ensued. John helped me navigate the process which ended up in arbitration and eventually I won my claim. I have many years of experience dealing with McDowell Roofing on my personal residence and rental properties as well. When they responded to a hail damaged rental property this year all went as expected or maybe even better. They showed up on time, parked a sturdy trailer on driveway that was capable of hauling the old shingles away instead of being abandoned on the side of the road. It is so refreshing to find a family owned company who stand behind their work. We used McDowell & Son for a complete roof replacement and installation of new guttering. Professional, honest, and reliable. We have again scheduled with them for additional work this spring and expect great results. We recently had McDowell and Son replace our roof and gutters. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the quality, service, and professionalism! Our roof looks great now. We were also very impressed with the care taken not to get debris in our pool and landscaping. Communication was excellent and they showed up when they said they would! Everyone we dealt with was professional and polite. We would definitely recommend their services.
