I highly recommend this storage facility - it's well maintained, clean, and professionally managed. Over the past three decades I have rented a number of storage units across multiple states as I've relocated. This is the best experience I have had to date. Thank you Jeff!

Such a fantastic experience dealing with McDowell Mountain Community Storage. They have knowledgeable, experienced and welcoming people in Jeff and Richard who give incredible service. The facility is spotless: after nearly a year of storage, there is no visible dust in the storage units, and the temperature control is consistently good. This is important in the Arizona summers. Responsive, well-run business. Highly recommended.

In the world we live in today; it is pure joy to find a business that knows their clients, do everything they can to to be of service and do it at price that is more than fair. They stored my “life” for two years. While living out of state; they provided “extra service” on multiple occasions without flinching. It is great to see a business in this day and age that I can recommend without hesitation.

I would strongly recommend this storage facility! It was my first time getting a storage unit and I wanted to find a safe and secure location. I was impressed by how helpful Jeff was as he showed us the unit and answered any questions we had. He was so friendly and was transparent on all the costs that came with the unit. We appreciate him and we’re excited to get our items in the unit!
