In the world we live in today; it is pure joy to find a business that knows their clients, do everything they can to to be of service and do it at price that is more than fair. They stored my “life” for two years. While living out of state; they provided “extra service” on multiple occasions without flinching. It is great to see a business in this day and age that I can recommend without hesitation.

I would strongly recommend this storage facility! It was my first time getting a storage unit and I wanted to find a safe and secure location. I was impressed by how helpful Jeff was as he showed us the unit and answered any questions we had. He was so friendly and was transparent on all the costs that came with the unit. We appreciate him and we’re excited to get our items in the unit!

Jeff, at McDowell Mountain Community Storage was beyond helpful in setting up a storage unit for me! Moving is a stressful! He made the process of setting up a storage unit for the first time, easy. He was very helpful and understanding to my needs! Also, connected me with a professional and efficient moving company. I Highly recommend working with this company.
