Everyone was great to work with. Very professional and we are super happy with the installation. All 8 windows are custom sizes for our log cabin build. Highly recommended.
Over the span of four months I was in touch with McDowell Glass about a getting a door for a newly tiled shower and replacing a pain of glass on a double-hung window. From scheduling the estimate to finishing the installation, EVERYONE I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Surprisingly the window glass installation wasn't as easy as one would think, but that did not deter Tori and Brayden! They kept at it until it was all good.
Tori did a great job installing my new glass. Fast and efficient.
The woman who answers the phone provided about the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I'd have given one star, but the guy that (finally, through no fault of his, came out) was really nice. It took weeks to get the appt, more weeks to get the quote and after I asked the owner (vs the lady on the ph) to call me back to answer my questions, 5 weeks later, they still haven't called. But no worries, I got another company to come out, measure, quote and install the glass, for 2/3 of the quote from McDowell.
Very pleased working with McDowell Glass on my shower door. Efficient and professional. Would recommend.
