I’ve been a member since I moved here 4 years ago but slowly watched it decline. Broken equipment, nonexistent staff and just dirty and disorganized. Since the new ownership I can’t believe it’s the same place! It’s clean, the staff is attentive and friendly and it feels like the owners CARE about the gym. Looking forward to the new classes as well.
I have been trying to cancel my membership for months. I told the guy over the phone i wanted to cancel my membership since I was out of town so he hung up and has ignored hundreds of calls since.
