Poor service. My primary care doctor decided to stop accepting patients who have Humana health insurance. Why do you bother becoming part of the medical field if you're going to turn patients away? It's no wonder why the southern states have the lowest rated healthcare services in the country, they are totally incompetent. Off to find greener pastures with landscapers who actually care.
I went into see Dr. Poteat. Who was Excellent! But trying to get things done after you leave is horrible. The Dr. put in my notes what he wanted my prior authorization to say. Whomever sent it in put something totally different. So I have been calling for almost 2 weeks and get all kind of excuses. The sad part I have called and talked to the office manager who stated she would call me back days ago. I’m still waiting. Called my insurance and still no PA since the 4th. Now I need to find another clinic who is willing to help... read more
Jason is the best by far any primary dr I have had! His nurse also. Responds very promptly to messages and with quick Apts
