Amazing place with the best therapist(s) around! I was in PT there a year ago for 4 months for a broken wrist and right shoulder tear. I LOVE the fact that I have no residual pain from the injury and can lift even more than I could before I got hurt! Optimal is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone! I drove 30 minutes from Flushing 3x a week for therapy because I believed and trusted them!
