I have been working with McDougall for many years. My vehicle was recently hit in the parking lot of my workplace. They took my information and I was quickly contacted by the insurance company who clearly explained what to do and arranged for an estimate while I was on the phone.
I was looking to get car insurance for my mother late on a Friday afternoon and Vicky Murphy took the time over the phone to set it all up so that my Mom could have her car for the weekend. She was patient and thorough and explained all her options and coordinated everything with Shelley in Cobourg. We would like to thank both Vicky and Shelley for all their help and fantastic service
