I got a quote from this business and I tried to confirm a date and time for them to come out, they didn't confirm the date they said they will get back to me. They eneded up rocking up at 7.30am in the morning without confirmation nobody knocked on the door to let us know they had arrived they just started cutting down trees. without confirming which trees to cut down.
