I have large belly in my line that connects to my main line and had a backup take place over memorial day weekend. I called first thing on Tuesday following memorial day and Craig was out within 3 hours. He walked me through what he was doing, things I can do as a homeowner, and showed me the end results after he was finished. I've yet to have a bad experience using McDonough's, they take the time to explain and answer any questions that you have. I have also found that the price charged is always reasonable and fair.
Unfortunately, we had our main sewer line back up over the Memorial Day week. I called around to see if we could get someone to come out and McDonough's was the place that would come out on short notice. In fact, they got me right away and showed up at our house within two hours of our call. Our service rep Craig was great. He showed up on time, was extremely professional/courteous and took the time to show us what he would be doing, as well as why it needed to be done. Super nice and friendly staff!
Our issue- frozen main sewer line. The team at McDonough's was absolutely amazing. Jeff came out same day and explained everything in detail to us. He addressed the issue as well as figured out what caused it. He worked with us to ensure we got fair pricing as well!! We will definitely recommend them to any one who needs pipes thawed!
We had Craig over to clear out our root infested sewer line. Could not have been more impressed by the care he took as he got all set up just to encounter a mechanical failure. Even through that he kept me updated constantly and had that resolved quickly! Phenomenal service once again, which is why we don't hesitate to call McDonough's when we need our pipes cleared!
