Craig was so great to work with! He was friendly and professional. He left me with a positive impression of your company, as a knowledgeable, careful and ethical part of your team. He was very thorough and kept me in the loop on what he was doing and what he was seeing as he cleaned out the main line. McDonough’s was so helpful and wonderful for a bad drain issue that we had. Mo was our technician and was fabulous! He was punctual, explained everything very thoroughly, and was so smart and creative in solving our complicated problem. I would recommend them to anyone!

Called around 8AM on a Monday morning and they had a tech out within an hour to clear our laundry room sink drain. He worked quickly and professionally and the prices were reasonable as well. Also, the fact that my protective dogs were not remotely concerned about the tech being here and interacting with me told me all I needed to know. Will definitely use this company again in the future if needed.
