The main drain backed up, which has been doing about every year or o due to a slight bend in the pipe. I thought I had another month or so before having it cleaned out but I was wrong! I called McDonough's and they were able to come out quickly - in spite of their location being quite a distance from Eden Prairie. Brian was quick to asses the problem and had it cleaned out quickly. Craig was so great to work with! He was friendly and professional. He left me with a positive impression of your company, as a knowledgeable, careful and ethical part of your team. He was very thorough and kept me in the loop on what he was doing and what he was seeing as he cleaned out the main line. He also provided a camera inspection and explained a lot of things I never would have known, which cleared up a lot of questions about my mainline. McDonough’s was so helpful and wonderful for a bad drain issue that we had. Mo was our technician and was fabulous! He was punctual, explained everything very thoroughly, and was so smart and creative in solving our complicated problem. I would recommend them to anyone!

Called around 8AM on a Monday morning and they had a tech out within an hour to clear our laundry room sink drain. He worked quickly and professionally and the prices were reasonable as well. Also, the fact that my protective dogs were not remotely concerned about the tech being here and interacting with me told me all I needed to know. Will definitely use this company again in the future if needed.
