Professional, credible and thorough. Placed emphasis on follow through to ensure completed work is holding up. Workers did a good job in cleaning the area after work was completed. Shannon provided additional information regarding options as to best way forward to get the best value from an aging roof. I believe him to be trustworthy and I most certainly plan to use McDonough Roofing in the future.
