My star for the clinic is one star only because all the patients made a phone call to setup appointment to any of the Eastside clinic or to the McDonald clinic and the answer machine say you are currently busy. I called many times and waited for 1 hour on the phone and on one pickup the clinic phone. Why, when you will answer the call ?
Caring and professional staff
Dr. Mary Yee, MD is the best primary care doctor I've ever had. She is very thorough and takes her time to listen about my concerns. I like that she's clear at explaining my diagnosis and giving instructions on what steps to take. The wait time is quit long here though. Say if your appointment is at 1pm and you check-in at 12:45pm, you probably won't be seen till 1:45pm. And that is probably due to the quality care the doctor gives each patient. Which I don't mind the wait! I'd rather have quality care and longer wait time.
