RecommendedFantastic doctors and the staff is wonderful also. I love how Dr. Soriano will break everything down so that we know exactly what is going on with our children. I have had to come in just minutes before closing due to illness in my children and they fit me in on more than one occasion. We have been very pleased with our care.
I have 5 children and the oldest is 21 years old, since I was born I found them, they are the best pediatricians, excellent people. Thank you. Dr Joseph Astacio. & Dr Soriano

I have been waiting 2 hours and 20 minutes now for shots. They took a whole slew of walk-ins in front of me. Just ridiculous. I’ve had this appointment for two months!
They’re ok with minor illnesses. You would think after 5 years they would know the patient’s name. One of the nurses threatened my child that she would be held down to get her finger pricked. When I said I didn’t think threatening was helping, she argued with me. Kids aren’t always easy to work with because they’re kids. If you can’t handle that you shouldn’t be working at a Pediatrician’s office. Worst Place Ever!!!!! I have an autistic nephew and Doctor Carlos S. is very insensitive and not helpful at all for his needs. His attitude is horrific when dealing with single moms. He's extremely judgmental. I can not believe the way he treated my nephew mother! She was so upset which resulted in her having an anxiety attack. I will do all my power to see that this doctor gets reprimanded in some way for his unprofessional and crude behavior... I do not recommend taking your children here. The doctors misdiagnose, the staff is extremely rude and hostile. If you book an appointment there is a chance it will not actually be booked and you will show up for nothing but to be sent home to make yet another appointment. Plus they charge if you miss an appointment even when it's out of your control and will refuse to see you until payment is made and when you want to speak to a Doctor about it they will double charge you and lie and also embarrass you in front of the whole... read more
I love both doctors and well bedside manner and are amazing with children and parents and The staff and doctors make you feel like family!!!
I feel really bad for whoever decides to pick my phone call up tomorrow. Dr. Astocio is great, but his staff alone makes his practice unbearable.
