I recently had a terrible experience with a Kia dealership and was extremely hesitant on continuing to look for a new vehicle. Very disappointed in the recent service appt for my vehicle. Been a customer for 7 yrs and family has purchased 8 vehicles from this dealership. The service advisor this time was not complete in his job and I will not return likely, after warranty. All my previous service advisors have gone over all the findings of my service report, before collecting the payment. Pete D did not and simply told me the amount owing and that was it. I guess if I want to know how my brakes red, and my tires etc, I will read my report myself. 🙄
