Terrible customer service! Damaged my console, tried to say it was already like that! I was stranded in another city no help with a rental at all! You get one star for finally offering to fix the issue you caused after about 4 phone calls

My truck had to go for service on the 4H/4L gears. After diagnostics, the technician found that the problem was due to a bad vaccuum valve. This resulted in a much less repair bill than expected. Honesty and care for their customers is why I have been going to this dealership for more than 30 years. Awesome guys!
Update….. Another great experience at this dealership, and upgraded from an XLT to a Tremor! And just like before, it was super stress free, and as smooth as can be!
