This review is for McDonald’s on Val Vista and Warner,in Gilbert. On 1-23-26 7:15 am. I made a mistake on my order in drive thru. I brought it to the attention of pay window employee. I want to remove an additional order of sausage patty I didn’t want. This simple mistake was blown up as they couldn’t understand how to refund me 1.80$ additional charge. This major company is a disgrace. You no longer carry pennies. But you can take my pennies. My bill was $10.02, you should of rounded it to ten dollars even. You disgrace of a company can no longer carry pennies but you'll definitely take mine. I will no longer eat here ever. I'll take all my business to your competitors. Clean your order screens. Nasty. Worker comes out to help people with it. Is sneezing then touches screen,then goes back to handle the food. People gonna get sick
