Terrible experience with this storage facility. They changed the monthly billing amount on my account without any notification or explanation. For two months I called, emailed, and tried to stop by the office to get an answer (good luck getting someone in the office during posted office hours) on why my monthly billing went up about $60 dollars and nobody could give me an answer.
