Many issues with mcdonalds at many Tampa locations biggest one is that they do not know how to cook fries, and get orders correct. Especially this location.
Recommendedrealized after started eating that it was really not cooked and i took an uber to your store so i cant bring it back 😷🤒☠

I watched the girl working the window hand my order to the car in front of me, take it back, then hand it to me. When I called to speak to a manager, she hung up on me. Nasty, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional!
Ordered double cheeseburgers they didn't have them so ordered quarter poundets instead... That's fine but ordered a large fry and a 20 piece nugget... That's like 10 bucks... Didn't get either. Tried calling and the worker Dana was rude. Good luck keeping customers with this bullshit
I understand that this location is going under remodeling, but at some point the franchisee just needs to make the decision to close. We waiting in the drive thru lane for 30 minutes, just to watch a manager pour a 2-liter into a cup, and that was supposed to be our drink? We go to this McDonald's because they USED to have good fountain drinks. You can also tell the staff is frustrated with the situation because they are starting to have an attitude. The children always have fun in the play place. This location is always clean and friendly
The staff were extremely kind, she smiled and said good morning she was courteous and as I was leaving told me to have a nice day
