Restaurants in Trenton,Milan and Medina owned by this franchisee are horrible in all aspects. Darren sells will not do anything about this. Worst service ever. Worst management from the franchise owner(Darrell)ever. Period. Do better you do not represent the brand well at all. The Humboldt McDonald’s is a model of what a fast food restaurant should be. Was sitting in drive thru for over 25 minutes, was only 3 cars. Ordered 5 dollar meal with spicy chicken sandwich and nuggets (when asked what sauce we want I asked for spicy buffalo and ranch) then double quarter pounder with meal, add handful ketchup.Then once got food we pull off, to realize NO KETCHUP, SAUCE, OR NAPKINS, TURN around to sit in drive thru again, 15 more minutes, for them to be extra rude slamming doors and not giving us any sauce still. The worse service ever
