Mcdonald's employees do not know how to read or comprehend the English language because they keep messing up my order
The Manager NAOMI in Orillia at the Memorial Ave Location needs training on HOW to TREAT Customers with respect. And NOT SLAM the window on them WHILE THEY ARE SPEAKING! Upon arriving at the drive-thru this past Saturday between 11-1130 pm I pulled in behind a vehicle that had just placed its order. I stopped going to McDonald's because you guys butchered the McFlurry. Thin wood spoon, paper cup with no lid and not stirred as well as they used to be. Big fail McDonald's bring back the old Mcflurry ways.
There are street drug users using in plain sight or slumped over around the McDonald's in South Surrey, BC. You can't avoid seeing them when entering or exiting the restaurant or just walking by. I refuse to take my grandchildren near there because of what is going on. It's both scary and vile. I've complained to the manager twice, asking them to call police and get them removed, but staff do nothing. FYI - decriminalization of drugs in this province was reversed a year ago, meaning, police now have to act by moving drug use... read more
