Their customer service line has been offline since December 2025 and hasn't been addressed ever since. How can a multi-billion dollar company function with these telephony issues? 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
I went to a live in trade school for 2 years and when I came back my account wasn't letting me log in. They tossed me from costumer service rep to customer service rep repeatedly telling me that the account doesn't exist then telling me the steps to just log-in/create a new account... In general just poor establishment and it doesn't matter what or where your at. The food leaves you feeling sick after the fact and for the price your better off going to a sit in restaurant and get fresh cooked food. The rewards program is laughable at best at one point it was a great awt up doe a coffee but now your actually better off just purchasing coffee as your losing money with new rewards set up.
