I will never visit this place again. The service is the worst. I never get a combo so when I order I always make it clear 'sandwich only please'. Last night the reply was 'we don't serve sandwiches only burgers'. I guess wiseass is part of the job description now.
One of the worse McDonald’s. Their ice cream machine has been broken for months and they will not fix it. They also still have ice cream and shakes still on their menu. The few times we have been the employees just say “ we no longer sell shakes” or we no longe have ice cream”.
It took 62 minutes to get through the drive through line today (6 total cars). Once I arrived at the pickup window I received drinks that were 3/4 full and was asked to pull forward to wait for my food. They forgot I was there, I had to go inside to inquire and they found my order bagged up and just sitting on a counter. I got home to discover we were missing an order of fries
Well my latest quater pounder was pink inside from east main st location food safety to these people Apparentley doesn't matter, and I made shure I took pictures calling corporate and emailing picture

Have better service. I went to this McDonald's and ordered 2 $3 bundles and 3 drinks. They gave me a 4-piece nugget and small fry plus 3 drinks. When I asked for my other. $3 bundle, the girl didn't know what I was talking about. She couldn't locate my receipt. The manager, Ricardo, comes out with the receipt to tell me they never rang up a bundle. They charged me $3.89 for a 4-piece nugget and a small fry. 2nd time I stopped here for to go order. I drive 2 minutes down the road. Food was barely room temperature. Opened the quarter pounder with cheese and the cheese wasn't even melted. The fries were completely white, hardly cooked and way too much salt. You should hire adults but of course no self respecting adult would work for you
Ordered over $27 dollars worth of food. Large McRib Combo, Plain Fish sandwich, 20 nuggets, 2 Sundays. Handed a Medium fry and a plain cheese burger at the window. Employee refused to listen that it was the wrong order. Had to yell to get them to give us the Fish and McRib, still did not get the sundays. Never eat her.
